Greyhouse appointed Liquidators at the Second meeting of creditors on 8th February 2019

The creditors resolved to appoint Greyhouse as Liquidators at the second meeting of creditors held on 8 February 2019, after considering a detailed report posted to all creditors (including employees) on 30 January 2019.

As the Company is now in liquidation, employees may be eligible to receive FEG assistance. Further information in relation to FEG and the application form can be found at the below website:

The liquidators have since reviewed employee entitlements and have issued a letter to all employees providing details of outstanding entitlements, based on the records of the Company and the relevant awards.
