Ben Verney

Ben has over 25 years’ experience specialising in business optimisation and corporate restructuring. During this time Ben has held senior executive positions in industry, specialising in manufacturing and has extensive experience in turning around underperforming businesses.
Ben works alongside management and boards to mitigate risk and improve profitability, working capital and cash flow. He is highly regarded for his project management and post merger integration activities and takes an active role in stakeholder management to ensure continued support of the business and its management team.
